The rabbit project is a great way for kids to learn about the responsibilities of caring for an animal. They'll learn how to prepare their rabbits for a show, and also practice the steps for showmanship classes. We'll attend the Santa Barbara Fair & Expo, the Santa Barbara County Fair, plus local 4-H Fun Days and open rabbit shows. |

The poultry project is a great project for the kids to learn showmanship and how to care for and take responsibility for an animal. It's also a great starting project (clover buds) since the animals aren't that big. Our group will attend the Santa Barbara Fair and Expo, Exhibit Day, and the Santa Barbara County Fair. October
